Teens Like Phil is a classic gay short film by Dominic Haxton. The film is inspired by the alarming increase in real-life tragedies involving high school bullying and suicide, It tells the story of a gay teen, Phil, and his former friend, Adam, who brutally bullies him. The film explores the complicated and painful circumstances surrounding this relationship in an effort to better understand the roots of bullying.

The film’s main characters Phil and Adam are played by Adam Donovan and Jake Robbins. The cast also includes Virginia Bartholomew (as teacher), Ken Burmeister (as uncle Mike), Margie Ferris (as Phil’s Mom), Bart Shatto (as Phil’s father), Kelly Waters (as Adam’s Mom), Collin Leydon (as Adam’s Brother), Monty Geer (as Adam’s friend), Domenica Galati (as principal), Craig Mark Wells (as coach), Paul Lehrman (as wrestler) and Kavin Panmeerchao (as GSA moderator).
